Our Staff

Dawn leads the office team and has many years experience in management, specifically the Private Hire industry. Having previously been involved as a chauffeur, she is ideally placed to understand the client's needs.

Dawn and her team are contactable via telephone, fax or e-mail in the office between the hours of 09:00 and 19:00 Monday to Friday. At all other times there is an emergency "out-of-hours" telephone number.

E-mails are monitored on Saturdays and Sundays for anything that needs urgent attention.

All drivers are employed directly by Green Light and are thoroughly vetted prior to employment. They have to undergo a regular medical examination, are Police checked through the Criminal Records Bureau and are licensed by the local authority. All Green Lights' staff has English as their first spoken language.
